Prompt Access Prompt treatment is the first step towards a prompt return to work. WorkLink Physicians are conveniently located throughout Middle Tennessee. Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance has multiple office locations and additional satellite locations throughout Middle Tennessee with a WorkLink Director who serves as a central point of contact. When a work injury occurs, a WorkLink Physician at one of our offices will see your employee within 72-hours—with acute injuries being seen within 24 hours. That’s a commitment each doctor has made to be included in the program, and a commitment we make to you. Up-to-Date Communication When an employee is injured, most employers just want answers…information they can act on. WorkLink delivers. We maintain WorkLink On-line Profiles with all employer preferences and we use those to guide communication as well as care. As soon as an employee has seen a WorkLink Physician, a trained WorkLink Team Member reviews the WorkLink Physician’s Report Form and faxes it to the appropriate parties on the same day of the appointment. We work with each employer, physician or case manager to determine individual reporting needs. We tailor our communications to meet your needs. You always have the information you need as soon as possible so you can get on with your business. Consistency Every Time Every workers’ comp experience shouldn't be a maiden voyage. That’s why WorkLink puts in place a special set of resources to handle just workers’ comp cases. A WorkLink Director, responsible for maintaining each customer relationship, is supported by a trained WorkLink Care Team of physicians, nurses and staff dedicated to meeting individual customer needs and delivering quality care to the patient. WorkLink On-line Employer Profiles which detail specific return-to-work policies, communication information and other individual standards are used to manage each workers’ comp case for the customer.
